He has served on the three-member senior leadership team of a $1.6 billion national construction services firm that achieved superior results. He was recently Chairman of the national Board of Directors for the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). Earlier, his successful legal career included work as corporate general counsel, as partner in a major law firm, and as a civil litigation attorney at the US Justice Department.
