Tom brings expert understanding on how the business of construction works. He has served on the three-member senior leadership team of a $1.6 billion national construction services firm that achieved superior results. He was 2009 Chairman of the national Board of Directors for the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). He frequently speaks and teaches on construction topics including integrated delivery and risk management, and he recently led an industry project delivery delegation to China. Earlier, his successful legal career included work as corporate general counsel, as partner in a major law firm, and as a civil litigation attorney at the US Justice Department.
