- Favorable Employer Modification Rating (EMR) ratios, reflecting low incidence of workers compensation losses
- Met stretch goal for employee Lost Time Incident Rate (0.1 per 200,000 man-hours)
- Went 439 days in 2008-09, over 3 million man-hours, with no lost-time injuries
