Tom's Experience With DBIA

Tom was a member of DBIA's national Board of Directors from 2005 through 2010. He served as Chair of the Annual Conference in 2006, Treasurer in 2007, and Vice-Chairman in 2008. In 2009, as Chairman of the Board, he presided over a very successful year for the organization, which included a transition of the chief staff executive position, publication of new contract documents, development of a new strategic direction, record-setting conference attendance and revenue, and a financial outcome substantially better than budget.

For 2011, Tom continues to serve DBIA on multiple levels.  Nationally, he is a member of the Policy & Standards Committee and an approved DBIA Instructor.  He is a member of the Great Lakes Region Board and President of the newly formed Michigan Chapter.
