The ballpark for the Gwinnett Braves, now known as Coolray Field, is an example of a project that needed the advantages of design-build. The facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia was designed and built in just 14 months by performing extensive construction operations -- including sitework, foundations, and pouring concrete walls -- even before the project plans were complete.
