Tom was principal negotiator of the construction management contract and general conditions for the $220 million Palmer Drive Development at the University of Michigan: a 475,000 square foot complex including a 7-story life sciences research lab, an undergraduate science building, and a student commons building, along with a 1,000-space underground garage.
